Before purchasing a piece of equipment or service advertised on our web site, we recommend that you verify, with the seller, the information provided.
When buying a piece of equipment our advice is for you, or your agent, to inspect said equipment prior to making a decision to buy.

The principal purpose of the Site is to display equipment advertisements on the Internet. Menus Online reserves the right to circulate, publish or export the advertisements on the Site to other Internet sites and/or trade magazines. Menus Online also reserves the right to circulate or publish, to the trade, the Site’s advertisements by other means of communication. The advertisements on a piece of equipment on the Site are offered by Users under their full control and sole responsibility. Menus Online is not responsible for and does not guarantee the performance or suitability for any particular purpose any such piece of equipment, or that these advertisements have been checked by Menus Online, or the availability of any item offered for sale on the Site. Any sale agreement on equipment that has been advertised on the web site is made solely between the buyer and seller. Menus Online is not a party to any such agreement.

Registration

All users who wish to use Menus Online advertising services must open an account by completing the required details in the registration form provided online. The user undertakes to provide true, accurate up to date information and to regularly maintain this aforesaid information to keep it up to date, accurate and complete. If the user provides false, incomplete or not up to date information Menus Online reserves the right to suspend or cancel the users account.
Users will access their account by using the ID and password they provided when registering. It is the users responsibilty to keep their password private, confidential and secure. The user undertakes to notify Menus Online immediately of any unauthorised use of their account or password. Menus Online may not be held liable for any loss or damage occurring because the user fails to fulfill the obligations of this paragraph.

Advertising

It is the sellers responsibility to provide accurate and complete information on any piece of equipment they submit for publication on the site. You as the seller agree that all intellectual property and ownership rights on the advertisement as it appears on the site are transferred to Menus Online. You also agree that we may copy and publish the information in whole or in part. Each advertisement may only be for one individual piece of equipment. Menus Online reserves the right to withdraw any advertisement at it's sole discretion.
Menus Online will contact you the seller if for some reason we decide your advertisement is unsuitable for publication.

Payment

Advertisers are required to open a Paypal account to pay for the advertisements they submit for publication on the site. Adverts will only be released for publication when Paypal confirms a successful validation of your payment.
